Collaboration

Collaboration

Thank you for your interest in working with Stylefloria. I am Evelyn, the creator and author behind stylefloria.com a personal style destination dedicated to women’s and men’s fashion, hairstyles, hair color, haircuts, nail art designs, and tattoo inspiration. I partner with brands that value honest storytelling, genuine creative alignment, and building real connections with an audience that is deeply passionate about personal style in every form it takes.

If your brand belongs in that world, I would love to hear from you.

  • Social media collaborations across platforms connected to Stylefloria

How I Evaluate Potential Partners

I partner only with brands whose products, values, and aesthetic I would genuinely recommend to someone I care about. Before I say yes to any collaboration, I consider whether the brand feels like a natural, honest fit for the Stylefloria audience and for my own personal standards.

For fashion and outfit brands, fit across a range of body types, fabric quality, construction, size inclusivity, versatility, and real price-to-value all matter to me. For beauty, hair, and nail brands, I consider ingredient transparency, shade range inclusivity, performance over time, and accessibility. For tattoo and body art brands, I consider artistry, safety standards, and genuine community respect.

If a product is not a match for my readers or does not meet my personal standards, I will respectfully decline. If I test something and it does not perform the way it should, I will share that honestly. My editorial integrity is never for sale and is always the priority.

My Audience

Stylefloria’s readers are primarily based in the United States and come to this site with a genuine, active interest in personal style across all its forms from everyday outfit inspiration and seasonal wardrobe building to hair transformations, nail art, and tattoo ideas. They are real people making real style decisions, and they trust Stylefloria to guide those decisions honestly.

They appreciate transparency, practical real-life notes, inclusive representation across body types and skin tones, and a balance of aspirational inspiration and genuinely attainable style. They are engaged, loyal, and deeply receptive to brands that feel like a natural and authentic part of the Stylefloria world.

Process and Timeline

Working with me is straightforward and collaborative. Here is how a typical partnership comes together:

  1. You send a brief outlining your campaign goals, target dates, priority products, and key messages to ________________
  2. I review for creative and audience fit and propose concepts, deliverables, and a realistic timeline
  3. We align on the full scope in writing and confirm product access, assets, and any brand guidelines
  4. I test, style, photograph, and produce content with agreed draft and publication dates
  5. I deliver performance reporting within a reasonable window after the content goes live

Approvals and Editorial Independence

I welcome factual checks on product names, prices, launch dates, spelling, and links. I do not accept edits to my opinions, my voice, or my honest observations. Up to one round of factual corrections is included within the standard scope of any partnership. My editorial independence is a non-negotiable part of every collaboration — it is also what makes the content genuinely valuable to both my readers and your brand.

Gifting and Product Seeding

Gifted products and press samples are always appreciated and I genuinely enjoy discovering new brands through this process. However, gifts never guarantee coverage and they never guarantee a positive feature. If I choose to include a gifted item in my content because I authentically find it worth sharing with my readers, I will label it clearly near the first mention.

If a gift arrives with conditions attached that would compromise my editorial independence, I will decline it. To arrange product sends, please contact me at ________________ for mailing details.

Usage Rights and Licensing

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, paid partnerships include web usage rights for the sponsored post itself and my connected social placements for that campaign. Additional usage — including paid advertising, whitelisting, brand website placement, or any other extended use — requires a separate licensing agreement with clearly defined terms covering platform, geography, and time period. I am happy to provide rates for extended usage on request.

Exclusivity

If a campaign requires exclusivity, we will define the specific category, the start and end dates, and the associated fee clearly in writing before any work begins. I avoid broad or open-ended exclusivity restrictions that would limit the value I can provide to my readers. I prefer clear, narrow, time-bound windows whenever exclusivity is genuinely necessary.

Disclosures and Compliance

I disclose all sponsored content, gifted items, and affiliate links clearly, prominently, and early within every piece of content — on stylefloria.com and across all connected social platforms. Transparency is a core part of the Stylefloria brand and an unwavering promise to my readers. Every collaboration I accept is disclosed in full compliance with FTC guidelines and platform-specific requirements.

Measurement and Reporting

Following the completion of a campaign, I track and share relevant performance data including on-site metrics such as page views, time on page, and outbound link clicks where available. For Pinterest collaborations, I share impressions, saves, and engagement data as applicable. For affiliate-linked campaigns, I can report on click-through rates and attributed sales when the relevant networks provide that data.

Image Creation and Visual Style

Stylefloria’s visual identity is clean, warm, and carefully considered focused on real-life wearability, genuine style inspiration, and beautiful but approachable presentation. For fashion content, I focus on fabric texture, drape, fit, and how pieces actually look in motion and in everyday life. For hair, nail, and beauty content, I show texture, finish, and real results across different lighting conditions where possible.

If your brand has specific visual guidelines, please share them before production begins so I can align with your requirements while staying true to the authentic Stylefloria aesthetic that your audience came here to find.

Product Returns and Samples

If samples need to be returned after testing, please include a prepaid return label and a clear return window in your initial brief. Hygiene-sealed or perishable products cannot be returned once they have been opened for testing purposes.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to adjust dates or shift a campaign timeline, please let me know as early as possible so I can accommodate the change. If a campaign is canceled after meaningful work has already begun, a kill fee may apply to cover the time and costs already invested. If I am ever unable to fulfill agreed work due to illness or unforeseen personal circumstances, I will notify you promptly and propose a revised plan that works for both of us.
